In just a few months (June 13, 2017) the current directive regulating radio equipment will be repealed and new requirements will come into law and all new products will need to comply with the updated directive.

The greatest effect that I can see will be in the 5 GHz band.

Thanks for the links Howard.  It looks like some of the directives were still being worked on at the time the links were written.  Is ETSI like IEEE where older standards may be downloaded for free?  Is there a place to see the exact wording of the new directive?

I have not found anything "free" from ETSI.

I am looking to our compliance group to see if I can get something from them.
