Hello, my name is Pieter and I am preparing for my CWDP 305 renewal exam.

I ordered the self study kit with book and two practice exams. In those practice exams I noticed some questions about SCA (Single Channel Architecture) from which I know in the past this was offered by Meru.

In the book there is not that much information to found other then this is being used by Allied Telesis with so called Channel Blankets and Fortinet with Virtual Cell deployment.

What information is more to study on from CWDP perspective, since the information in the book doesn't help me answer the questions in the practive exam correctly.

Is SCA actually still valid though?

    thanks Pieter

Since RRM has been developed into every WLC and continues to be improved, I'm not sure SCA is even relevant. If it is still in deployment, it must be as a niche solution to specific environments.
