What is correct full form of RRM?

    Hi,

    At multiple places, I read RRM be defined as "Radio Resource Management" and "Radio Resource Measurement". Which one is correct?

    IEEE and other genuine resources say it is "Radio Resource Measurement". Then why I see at a lot of places it being called "Radio Resource Management". Is it a typo?

    I have mostly referred to RRM as radio resource management. 

    If I heard "measurement" being used in the same context, I would clarify the subject with the other party.  Ultimately, if we are talking about the same thing I don't really care what it is called.
