SA query is not used while re-associating in a Fast transition BSS but used in a non- Fast transition BSS.

In a non-fast BSS Delays can???¡é?¡é?????¡é???¡ét be avoided when using SA query protocol .Please refer section 11.3.2.4 and 11A in 802.11w draft
