Do you have a support contract with Cisco? If so, have them send you the "File Exchange" link to the WLC Config Check tool (you need a Cisco logon to get to it). It is a simple tool that checks your config against known recommended settings (Spectralink being one of them). I don't believe that this is an officially supported tool, but you can use it as a quick check to make sure nothing obvious is incorrectly configured.
