Dear Users
I have few questions, which I am not too sure about the answer. Perhaps some one knows in this forum.
1) Medium contention at the transmitting station can be done by RTS/CTS technique in the WLAN if in use. If TCP ACK is required from receiver station, does it contend for the medium using RTS/CTS for the transmission of TCP ACK.
2) If two workstations (A&B) are connected through AP using same channel. Assume that stations are using RTS/CTS signalling, so is it right to say that one RTS/CTS is used between station A and AP. Then AP buffers all the data. After that, AP initiates another RTS/CTS to station B.
Many thanks
Danish
