802.11g errata

Apparently the 802.11g amendment was hosed up (and we naturally copied the amendment assuming it was correct), but has been corrected in the latest draft of 802.11.
I just checked the 802.11ma-d9.0 document (the latest conglomerated draft of the standard plus all ratified amendments), and found that it looks like this:
802.11g amendment --
DSSS-OFDM, Long Preamble - SYNC field uses scrambled 1's
DSSS-OFDM, Short Preamble - SYNC field uses scrambled 1's
802.11ma-d9.0 --
DSSS-OFDM, Long Preamble - SYNC field uses scrambled 0's
DSSS-OFDM, Short Preamble - SYNC field uses scrambled 1's
