CWNE Endorsement Form - early submission?

    I know I have to pass all three tests before I can apply for CWNE status, but what happens if you receive an endorsement and I haven't passed all three tests?

    I'm gathering my endorsees and I want to know if they mail/fax the endorsement too soon that it will get tossed in the trash..
