    Anyone have a link for a Canadian seller of this book? Chapters can't find that ISBN nor the local book stores.

    Searching around I find the books with this name with a varaiety of published dates. Would like to get the right one, any help would be appreciated.

    Amazon.com only lists 3 in stock if I read the page right..could be wrong.

    Getting hit with a customs fee half the cost of a book is hard for us Canuks. Ill keep looking, but it seems an official text should be easier to find.
