When i use an Access Point of 100 mW,and i want to use with it an Amplifier 1W and antenna of 19 Dbi, and is the output Power of AP determine the antenna and amplifier....

From your mail i understand that you are trying to use a 1w amp with a 100mw Radio and connect a 19dbi ant to it.
The total output power that you get out of the setup is not allowed anywhere.
If explain your problem,i can help you better.

Firstly, most amplifiers I've seen will be destroyed if driven with 100mW. Generally the maximum drive into commonly available amplifiers is around 20mW
Secondly, running 1 Watt into a 19dBi antenna will result in an EIRP of almost 80 Watts ... which as Wirelesswizard correctly states above is far more than permitted!
