So there was a post regarding WEP about a week ago. I have been reviewing the HITECH Act which is making me forget all about HIPAA. As I understand it, nothing is spelled out specifically regarding the use of encryption for wireless networks. However, any breaches will be reported on a website for all to see. If that isn't ammunition to migrate everything over to the WPA2 encryption suite, I don't know what is. So does anyone, have any good slide decks on HITECH or CCHIT? It is still very new to me and as much as I like settling down with a really good CFR, I still prefer slides and summaries.
