Best Wi-Fi Adapter?

    I'm looking for advice on buying a USB Wi-Fi adapter.

    I would like it to be supported in both Windows and Linux.

    I would also like it to support 802.11n.

    My plans are to use it on my pentest laptop for learning purposes.

    I have a VMware guest Backtrak 4, however you know that the host Wi-Fi is not supported by VMware so the need for a decent USB adapter.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
