ASCII vs Hex

    5 characters in ASCII is equal to 10 characters in Hex....

    you should be able to convert the ascii key into hex, then enter that as your key
    http://www.asciitable.com/

    for example:
    12345 in ascii would be 3132333435 in hex
    apple in ascii would be 6170706C65 in hex
