A "Complete List" of all the bad things could go on for very long indeed.
Here is a start.
If it is "just" your home router then...
potentially access any machine on your home network, Install keyloggers and steal your logon details to any website you use.. (thi one, Hotmail, your bank etc...)
Use your web connection to download Kiddie-Pron and wait for the police/FBI to knock on your door...
Use your web connection to send lots and lots of spam.. or attack another website.. (see above) even possibly have your ISP cancel your contract.
If it is a corporate WLAN and encryption is broken.. then all of the above plus... read emails, steal corporate secrets..pretty much anything they can do on the wire can now be done from the comfort of their own car listening to their own music and not have to bother with all that "social engineering" hassle.
