I think PW0-200 and SANS 504.4 was very helpful in getting me in the right frame of mind to work on the CISSP. I passed the CISSP last year then rounded back to update myself on Cisco, Unix and AD administration (only exercises and practice exams). I am now considering the PW0-300 exam.

The ISSEP looks very interesting to me. I am about 1/3rd the way through the guide. I am motivated by some interesting stuff in DARPA with wireless deployed on mobile robots. Each robot is to be the size of a deck of cards. Sounds like it might be good for disaster recovery or combat operations.
