I had a short discussion with a security person here - who thinks that Wireless is horrible because of the lack of encryption. I pointed out that WPA and WPA2 are fine for security because of DES and AES encryption. They said it was only the headers which were encrypted and not the data.
I think this is totally wrong - isn't it the data that's encrypted and the headers are unencrypted for proper traffic management?
Does any one have any easy to understand white papers (for the security folks) I can point them to?
Thanks all.
