Dog chewed up my Proxim 8470-WD Gold b/g card (Atheros chipset) and its been a while since I looked into the cards.
Need one for Linux/Windows for rfmon apps like Kismet and Omnipeek.
What do you guys/gals recommend?
Thanks

I like the Ubiquiti Super Range card. It has MMCX connectors for external antennae such as the Rover24-5RD, a dual band antenna for a dual band card. Also, it will give you 300mW in 2.4 and 100mW in 5.8. This is a great card for testing a network. It uses the Atheros chip set and works with most WLAN tools that I have come accross, Windows and Linux alike. If you want a card w/o external antennae, the Netgear WAG 511 is a solid card as is the Cisco a/b/g card. Both of which also work with the majority of tools out there.
