    Do you know if the WPA timeout was reset because someone was diagnosing this particular problem, or was this done because of another issue?

    It is good to see someone there (you perhaps?) is keeping up with things like the WPA timeout problem - which Cisco created when they changed their AP's default values.

    You didn't mention CCX, but do your AP's have CCX enabled?
