The scenario is:

There are multiple sites (5). I want to interconnect this and home to a common site, where the data center can be located. I will be planning to use a Cisco 1300 series AP/Bridge with a Omni Antenna for the Central site and Grid antenna for the remote sites. One of the site has LOS issue. Cetral site would be my Root Bridge while the other sites will be Non-Root. I am planning not to home one of the sites having LOS problem and instead home it to another Non-root site. How would I implement this.

I am newbie to wireless installion.
