Anyone using push to talk with the Polycom phones? Particularly the newer model (Nortel equivalent of 6140)?

We have been battling with the newer model for quite some time. We have been fortunate (/sarcasm!!) to find many, many bugs. The older model (Polycom i640/Nortel 2211) works very, very well once we configure a few items properly.

It seems we are one of the few to use the PTT in a large deployment. There are many who use the voice of WiFi aspect of the phones with great success (as are we with over 2000+ of them) but we are trying to find others using ANY PTT with an emphasis on the newer version.

We are working with Nortel, Polycom and Aruba to find solutions but I'm still trying to find customers to compare notes with for 'real-life' deployments.

Success Stories

I want to commend you and all at CWNP for having a great organization. You really 'raise the bar' on knowing Wi-Fi well. I have learned a ton of information that is helping my job experience and personal career goals, because of my CWAP/CWDP/CWSP studies. Kudos to all at CWNP.
