I tried again. The link above returned a 404 error. The link on the white paper list returned aw snap face.

I got it ok.

There's something going on with this file, but as of this writing, I'm not sure what it is. When I go directly to that file, I get 'aw snap', but when I open any other white paper, and then go back and open this file, it works just fine. Also, I went directly there in FF (instead of Chrome), it opened first try.

Again, sorry about this issue. It's on the bug list and we'll figure it out.

I could get the file with IE, not with Chrome. I did not look into the configuration differences yet.
