WLAN roaming problem

Hello,

I have a problem with a user that has trouble roaming within a building. It works a lot of the time, but there are times when he has to disable and reenable his radio.

These are LWAPP Cisco APs with a 4404 controller. This is turn is managed by Airwave.

His signal level history in Airwave is fine. The authentications in radius server were fine without any failed attempts logged.

The client is managed by PROSet and logging was turned on because this has happened before.
2029 Dot1XConfig 2/25/2009 15:02 Information Security <username> Excluding the current AP.

2031 Dot1XConfig 2/25/2009 15:02 Information Security <username> Excluding the current AP by calling iWrap.
2194 Dot1XConfig 2/25/2009 15:05 Information Security <username> Username or domain is EMPTY and we need it to build the roaming identity! This is a problem!

The PROSet messages are interesting, but I do not know what to do with this information.

Can anybody recommend any other diagnostic tools or anything else to check?

Success Stories
