Help troublshooting point-to-point bridge

I have a very similar setup at my company, however I do not know the SNR or signal as I have not had the chance to check out that part of our setup.

My question is, if you are using a parabolic dish, what would be considered acceptable/normal noise? -88 dBm seems pretty low as far as what I know so far.

Success Stories
