I have very few issues with MobiControl. I have found that creating packages with it can be bothersome depending on the platform - Symbol MC3000 with Windows CE.Net. Also, if you have scanners at remote sites, getting their software installed is a little more difficult; copy the CAB file the workstation that has a cradle, copy the CAB file to the device and install manually. And lastly, on very rare occasions, the client config gets corrupt and requires that it be re-installed. I've got about 200 devices and have been running their software for one and a half years and have only seen it maybe 10 times. Not enough to even troubleshoot the issue yet.

Their tech support is suberb. They will walk through an issue and if available, remote into your workstation to show you what has to be done and why.

Other than that I'm really happy with it.
