    adriansoh, sorry this is late but, I've had a lot of luck with MobiControl from SOTI (http://www.soti.net/). You can create packages, lock down the scanner and the best part, remote control the device. The price is reasonable. I use it to manage 200 guns in 4 distinct locations. The software allows you to group the scanners in many different ways.
