Relationship between EIRP and Distance?

Hi,

I understand RF coverage vary depending on various factors i.e. power output, antenna gain, type of antenna, cable lengths, so on.

Can we actually pre-determine/create a relationship between EIRP and distance or EIRP/Distance/RSSI?
