Airmagnet is more expensive but i would like to go with this i think for most powerfull options.

can this be placed on a laptop and used to site survey, detect rogues, sniff out adhoc networks and generally see noise/interference ?
i know wi-spy 2.4x is a great little tool for this (i.e seeing is a microwave is messing up your network) does airmagnet feature simular noise profiles and detection, i suppose it doesnt matter too much as wispy is really cheap i could get both.
