The easiest way to do this is to go with a controller that has integrated cell planning integrated or a vendor that has their own dedicated cell-planning software tool. Once the channel plan is in place, you might consider using the controller's integrated RF management tools (Cisco = AutoRF/RRM, Aruba = ARM, etc) to keep the cells adjusted (channel and power) - so long as wVoIP isn't going to be deployed.
