RF Sniffer ??

    OK guys... I did a forum search and wasn't able to find any threads like this, so I'm going to throw it out there for discussion...

    When I do a site survey, I carry around a small RF sniffer (an iPAQ with AirMagnet software) to do a quick check for interference, and also use it for post installation to verify RF coverage and any dead spots...

    But the iPAQ is quite old now and the battery is about shot.. plus it doesn't have "a" capability... so I've been looking at various products to see what's the latest and greatest...

    Does anyone have any recommendations ?? I do NOT need to do packet analysis or anything else... just a simple check of RF performance..

    Thoughts ??

    .... and BTW, I do not want to use my laptop for this... I want a handheld device...
