Technical Support Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, Pa

Experience: Must possess at least 1 to 3 years?¡é?€?? hands-on technical experience where knowledge of networking fundamentals was demonstrated. This includes knowledge of TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, routing, and client/server computing as well as general troubleshooting concepts and related diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
Must obtain CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) certification or equivalent work experience within first year of employment.
