Meraki Mesh Wireless

    I recently purchased a couple of these devices for a SOHO wireless mesh network at home. They can't compare to the enterprise level products of Cisco, Skypilot, Tropos, Firetide, Strix, Motorola etc ... but

    They (Meraki Minis) are quite impressive. Wireless networking has come a long way . The only hold up is...

    I noticed that Meraki is based on the MIT Rooftop Project. Was it on this forum that I read about the Rooftop Project?

    Yes, it is part of the ROOFNET program. That's what makes it the more appealing.
