where to find 802.11 standards (including 802.11r and 802.11n) on web...i have searched standards.ieee.org....can anybody give me specific link

from there you can download the standards in PDF format.

The IEEE briefly describes the missions of their task groups working on unratified amendments. Those people sometimes write about their work.
