I would like to use Black Alchemy's Fake AP to generate fake access points to protect our wireless network access points.

The hardware requirements for FakeAP are based on Prism2/2.5/3 based 802.11b cards

Does anyone know of any good PCMCIA card which use this hardware driver, ideally i would like to extend its range so it should allow external antennas.

Try using

Netgear 802.11b MA401
or Belkin 802.11b FSD6020.

I would Suggest you a easier way.

Run Knoppix wireless version and use anyone the cards.
