ERP IE absent from an AP when configured as 802.11g/n on 2.4 GHz

    Hi,

    I was sniffing Beacon frames from an AP configured as 802.11g/n on 2.4 GHz and I didn't see ERP IE on beacon frame.

    For me it's strange as a 802.11g device (that does not support 802.11n) can not check the Non-ERP Present, Use Protection and Barker Preamble Mode bits.

    So how 802.11 g device will behave on this BSS ?
