    I need some clarification on N-UNII.
    N-UNII covers the band between 5.470 GHz and 5.725 Ghz and is allowed both in Europe and in the areas covered by the FCC.
    In Europe the EIRP for this range is 1 W and TPC/DFS is required.
    If I am correct TPC/DFS is required by the FCC either but I cant find on the internet any limit for the output power and EIRP as far as the FCC is concerned.
    And what about the IEEE. Does it specify any limit for this range ?
    Hope someone can help me get rid of this problem.
