Many brand AP's,BRIDGE's offer rightleft antenna selection on their web interface but i am sure these functions not work correctly, cause when i install the apridge outside and switch to the antenna that has high gain antenna directed to the other bridgeap client the system won't work.But when i choose diversity mode the system works. I think this is about receive ransmit diversity selection but confused. Mostly D-Link 900AP+ have this problem.

Make SURE you have the port that is not being used by the high-gain antenna terminated.....this requires either an omni antenna (not recommended) or a terminator (also called a "load"). These terminators are usually 50 ohms (whatever the system impedence is of course), and you can get them in a variety of places on the web.
