I would suggest CWNE candidates read the section titled, "Basic QoS Model" down to the note that says, "An interface can be configured to trust either CoS or DSCP, but not both at the same time."

This section is very important for end-to-end wireless QoS in a split mac architecture where lightweight APs are attached to layer-2 ethernet switches such as the Cisco 2950.
