Help!!

I have one section of a building that is constantly having user accounts "lock out". I was guessing that it was always due to the users typing bad passwords. The only other indication of problems is that I'm seeing several TKIP mic errors, and TKIP replay errors. I'm pretty sure that this is NOT an attack of any sort, as the building is a prison & is physically secure.

So my question is, will these TKIP errors cause the user accounts to lock out if the access points enforce the TKIP countermeasures? This is getting very frustrating for the users as well as me! :?
