It is not clear from standard how exactly STAKey is useful in RSNA. In what conditions MLME-STAKEYESTABLISHED.indication(sec. 10.3.21) occurs? Does SME need to perform STAKey handshake only when MLME-STAKEYESTABLISHED.indication happens?
