We've been using Solarwinds Orion which allows for complete wifi connection stats on autonomous (Fat) APs and all the clients. The latest version that they just released, Orion NPM 9.5 is "supposed" to give the same stats as it did for fat APs for LWAPP networks now. We haven't tested the 9.5 version yet. By the way, we are using Orion to monitor over 20k wireless laptops and over 2k access points. I highly recommend it. It doesn't do configuration management like Airwave but it has far superior reports, custom homepages, and alerts than Airwave.
