So a lot of our customers do not want to pay for the cost of a manual site survey so we have been working with a predictive survey software.

A lot of the building drawings we get are in AutoCad / DWG format. This is nice since all the layers are separated, but some of them need to be re-sized and cleaned up a bunch.

Anyone have any affordable easy to use programs that could do this? Pretty much change layer colors, turn layers on and off and resizing the drawing is all we need to do.
