Job description:
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training on WLAN Switch Company products for both internal and external customers at customer
sites and WLAN Switch Company Office locations, as well as creating
training course content.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform formal classroom training
* Perform web-based training courses
* Continually improve training courses based upon student feedback
* Author, edit, and maintain training course content
* Some travel to US and international customer sites to perform training
* Maintain lab training systems
* Assist Customer Service team with field support as required
* Technical expert on WLAN Switch Company products

Requirements:

* BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent industry
experience
* 3 or more years of technical training delivery experience required
* Training content authoring experience beneficial
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP, L2 Switching, Windows Operating
Systems;
* Experience with 802.11, 802.1x, or RADIUS servers is preferred
* Experience with TCP/IP protocols and tools
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required
* Able to travel as required
* One or more Cisco network certifications desirable
* Information Security background a plus
* CWNP certifications desirable
