Thanks for addressing this issue. I have a few questions:
Just to reiterate, if a STA is in PSM, then it shouldn't be flipping the PSM bit on and off during normal operation. That should only be happening if there is a manual configuration change (by a human) on the STA?
Also, network cards have a configuration for better performance vs. better battery life. My understanding is that this changes the number of beacons that the STA will wait before waking to read the TIM. Is that correct?
Lastly, you are saying that some cards don't do it by the rules? What's up with that?
