Hello all,
Anyone had a chance to play with this technology yet? Is it interoperable with Infrastructure WiFi deployments?
Thanks,

Bruce,
Intel Wireless Display uses Intel My WiFi Technology as a key component. The key feature of Intel My WiFi Technology is to create two virtual wireless networks adapters from the single Centrino wifi module; the first one (WLAN) allows the Intel Centrino wifi module to act as a station to another infrastructure network. This will typically give you internet access through a home wireless router. Secondly, Intel My WiFi also acts as and creates its own infrastructure network which we call the WPAN network. This is the network that the Netgear P2TV adapter and the laptop to communicate. Of course since the WPAN is an infrastructure network you can connect to it with other devices like you smartphone.
