This forum is all about Wi-Fi terminology. We have the CWNP Dictionary for vendor-neutral terminology, and soon there will be complimentary documents from well-known technical writers and analysts covering vendor terminology.
Please share your thoughts on Wi-Fi terminology here.

If you're on Twitter and want to get "Wireless Terms of the Day", just start following @wtod by going here: http://twitter.com/wtod.
Each weekday I send out two wireless terms with definitions from The Official CWNP Dictionary of Wireless Terms and Acronyms.
Happy Tweeting!

I've decided to shut down my @wtod account on Twitter to simplify things and am moving all the Wireless Terms of the Day tweets to my personal account which is @joelbarrett (http://www.twitter.com/joelbarrett).
Each WTOD tweet will include the hashtag #witod for "Wireless Term of the Day" so people can easily search for them. Please join us there for more Wireless Terms of the Day coming directly from The Official CWNP Dictionary of Wireless Terms and Acronyms!
