Hi all,
The access point that we use can use either encapsulation mechanism with the default RFC 1042. We have an unknown mix of station cards and was wondering if 1). do most PCMCIA cards support 802.1h these days and 2). what real performance gain is there using 802.1h vs. RFC 1042. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I would like to know for practical point of view and also I am studying for the CWAP so any additional info is welcome as well.
Thanks,
