Should the AP install above or under the false ceiling with material:
"white color (Matt) oven baked aluminium false ceiling, tile concealed with tee grid with acoustic insulation"
or other consideration/recommendation?

Under. The tile is metal. You do not want RF to try propagating through this! Also false ceilings are there for a reason.. Usually to hid a lot of ugly metal pipe work...no good for RF.

Mount it below, the metal above should do great for MIMO, bounce those signals!
