Choosing wireless client software

I would like to choose wireless client software that can fulfill the following requirements:
1) Station?s wireless network interface card (NIC) software must be kept updated.
2) Station?s configuration must prohibit activity of wired and wireless NIC at the same time.
3) Station?s configuration must prohibit activity of more than one connection manager.
4) Station?s configuration on WLAN driver and/or Windows registry level must per default
disable ad-hoc networking.
5) Mobile station with a wireless NIC must be prepared at least as follows.
- It must have latest service packs, actual operating system and application patches.
- It must have up and running anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
- It must have up and running personal firewall or alternatively IPS software.
- It must have VPN capabilities (IPSec or SSL).
- Installation of file/folder/disk/media encryption software to protect selectively or entirely
sensitive data records is not mandatory, however highly recommended.
6) If split tunnels are used to keep away Internet traffic out of VPN, station?s configuration
must enforce shut down or blocking of split tunnels.I am thinking about Cisco Secure Services Client but it close to its end-of-sale date. Any other suggestions from WLAN professionals? Thank you in advance!

Are we talking about hundreds of devices, or less than 10 of them?

Actually, 25 of them.
