Sorry to start a discussion 3:40 on a Friday, but if I don't post it I will forget by next week. So here goes. Does anyone really use wireless multicast? I always thought this would be a good thing but I'm wondering if high data rate unicast would be better. My understanding is that multicast is sent at the minimum basic rate which for most people is probably 1 and 6 Mb/s for b/g and a respectively. How many 300Mb/s frames could you fit into a 1 or 6 Mb/s frame?
