If they are different SSIDs, your users will not have problems connecting assuming they will be attempting to connect to your SSID. Nothing will prevent them from connecting to the other hotel's SSID, however (unless the devices are locked down so the user can't choose other networks, etc.)
The two networks will be using the same physical layer (2.4GHz band), however, so there will be contention for the air space. You should be fine, though.
